Acupuncture

Cupping or Gua Sha

Moxabustion

Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese therapy that involves burning dried mugwort (moxa) near acupuncture points. It aims to stimulate circulation, improve energy flow, and promote healing by applying heat.

Active Release or Myofascial Work

Myofascial work and Active release involves manipulating the body’s connective tissue (fascia) to release tension, improve flexibility, and alleviate pain. It targets soft tissue to enhance mobility and overall well-being.

Electro-Acupuncture
